I bought the android version for download, yet whenever i attempt to install either version, it just says "app not installed." Any tips or advice for this?
Make sure you have "install unknown apps" enabled. If that isn't the issue. You may have accidentally installed the wrong architecture. Ex. Installing 64 on a device that only supports 32 bit architecture. If that isn't the issue. By chance were you trying to install the update separately? That is a known issue currently

android need to pay because ,initially, android is harder to make. Secondly, the money is used to prevent the minors from downloading the game. You see, android is very common among the minors, so if there were no payment, they would be able to download the game freely, which goes against of the age restriction. And this is not even so out of date like you said. The free version is one update behind and there isn’t even much extra content in the paid version, compared to the free one.
Its very nice! The settings got me laughing.. lmao.. overall 10/10 game, sounds nice, controls easy as hell, very good! should allow to change uniform/outfits but still good!! 10/10 Game!! <33
Due to apple’s stupid idea about protection, the only possible legal way to download things is from app store, I think. I use iphone and I can’t even download/transfer songs from newgrounds :(
Probably already mentioned, but the "get over here" achievement appears to be bugged. I snagged the same girl 40 times in a row with no success. Half of this was just sitting at the same locker and snagging as soon as she exited.
Hey, loved the first and am loving the second. Had a quick question. I can't seem to be able to move over the letter in the bathroom so I can collect it. Is that intentional for the moment?
Haven't seen this happen yet. Every time I'm guessing? Do you have lots of other apps open? Restarted you phone recently? Do you know how much RAM your phone has?
Do you have an plans to make the spawn rates changeable? Like say you only wanted blondes or to have everyone wear Santa hats. if so will disabling certain things be added as well like disabling the default socks so you always get the vending machine ones or making it so no blondes spawn.

Basically spamming through the scenes and closing the scene as fast as I can might be something with my phone though
Gota "cancel" the scene. Pressing the menu button does it on mobile I think, but can't remember off the top of my head tbh

After you do a fresh install, restart your phone. Idk why this happens for some folks, but always seems to fix it.

It did say that the game wasn't up to date with the safety and other things, might be cuz of that.

You most likely don't have enough storage space to install the app. That's always the case for me.
