I am not sure, but I think going into the animation may interfere with the counter for that achievement. So if you're trying to use the skip animation to speed up getting it, that won't work.
To add. It seems the devs won't be adding a frequency filter any time soon either. So we won't be able to increase the likelihood of x item being worn. Would be cool if they did.
I tried that. Even did gentle nudges with the arrow key to fine-tune the centering and rapid-tapped the space bar to be certain. No reaction from them whatsoever. Not from the one in the hall on the floor next to a locker, the one in the gym on top of the basketball backboard, nor the one under the ladder in the pool.
(To be certain, these are the envelopes with the heart-shaped seals, right?)

What do you mean by "don't have those controls"? and what kinda phone you on?
Sounds like you don't have install unknown apps changed in your settings. All Android devices in the past eight years have this option.
